A conference about high voltage engineering


On behalf of the Czech High Voltage Community, it is my honor and pleasure to invite you to the 19th International Symposium
 on High Voltage Engineering (ISH 2015), which will take place at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, Czech Republic, from August 23 till August 28, 2015.

We have established a national Czech Organizing Committee to make ISH 2015 a successful and unforgettable conference importing deeper knowledge and information about high voltage engineering. At the same time, we would like to
 create a platform for scientific exchange of experience for experts from universities, relevant industries and institutes, as well as, especially, for young researchers to increase or confirm their motivation to engage in the field of high voltage engineering.

The host city of ISH 2015, Pilsen, is a beautiful town with a long tradition of history, culture and strong ties between scientific engineering and its industrial application. At the same time, this conference should be an excellent supplement to Pilsen´s activities as “European Capital of Culture 2015” - a title which Pilsen has been awarded. You are invited to participate in this great occasion for sharing ideas, friendship and culture in the context of traditional Czech hospitality.
