Good news for CIGRE members!

Most CIGRE documents are available for downloading free of charge for Members on e-cigre

This catalogue lists:

- Technical Brochures. Issued by SCs (Reference format e.g. '309').
- Sets of Session Papers. Only the whole set can be bought, not individual papers. (Reference format e.g. 'CD06').
- Sets of Symposia Papers. Sets of Papers presented at Symposia, and, when available, the Proceedings (Reference format e.g.'SYMP_GUI_2009').
- ELECTRA Papers. Set of 4 CDs - contents of the journal ELECTRA from 1967 to 2000. (Reference format 'CDE').

- ELECTRA articles (Reference format e.g. 'ELT_408_1')
(Contents of the 7 latest ELECTRAS can be accessed directly from page ELECTRA)
- Individual Session papers from year 1968 onwards. (Various references. Use multiple criteria search)

e-cigre (Online library / order online - no on-line payment)

Documents from both the Bookstore catalogue and the Online Library Catalogue may be ordered or downloaded (members only) on www.e-cigre.org.
Hard copies of the documents or CD's can be purchased by members and non-members of CIGRE.
On the CIGRE site, "e-cigre", you may search, order or download (members only) a publication.
For security reasons, there is no on-line payment. When the order is received, an invoice will be sent which should be completed with payment details.
When payment is received, the publications will be sent in hard copy or on CD .
More good news for CIGRE members! Price of hardcopy/CDs is 50% of the price for non-members.

As from 1^st January 2010 CIGRE is no longer liable to VAT; hence a 0% VAT rate applies for CIGRE services, i.e. Session registrations, publications purchased, membership fees: all tariffs are VAT free, for all countries.

It is recalled that according to European Union regulations the VAT reference number (when there is one) must be supplied as it is mandatory for it to appear on all invoices.
